In cases where urgent or emergency assistance is required, and for Instructors with Teachers Abroad Insurance only, we recommend that you contact OMEGA Assistance before confirming your flight home (for contact information please check our website under AACE Home – Teach - Insurance).

AACE has consistently recommended that Instructors travel with a return ticket. AACE recommend you book your return flight with as much notice as possible, as bookings are subject to availability.

Should you incur any incremental charge associated with your return flight due to seating availability, please contact OMEGA Assistance before making arrangements as these charges may be covered by your insurance.

Instructors with a Malaysian Airlines (MH) return ticket should contact Malaysian Airlines in Japan to coordinate their return flight. Please notify the staff at Malaysian Airlines that you are a Nova instructor.
